THE AIM OF THIS BLOG

As you have seen, this blog contains some humour, a few rants, and some of my personal stories, plus a few other bits and pieces.

My blogs have been, to date, driven by problems and questions put forward by my cyber family.  The sections of the blog dealing with depression and self-assertiveness, for example, will be expanded as quickly as I can.

Any of you who know me will also know that my blog doesn't actually fit into a ' niche '  as do so many others.  The direction I am in which I am taking the blog is that of education in the areas of pregnancy, parenting, health and children - to the very best of my ability.

You have seen, by now, that there are all too many websites on the net that have extremely questionable information, and even dangerously misleading content.  My promise to you is that whatever content my blog will contain will be factual, and carefully researched before anything is posted.

From what I have seen, for example on Facebook, there are many of you who have no access to factual, helpful information, and no way of searching the internet to find information to help you with problems that arise from time to time.  You are able to read my blog through your mobile phones, so this also prompted me to steer my blog toward becoming an easily accessible spot for you to find the answers you need.

If there are any subjects you would like to have me write about, please let me know (either by email or on Facebook), and I will certainly oblige!

Thank you for being my faithful readers and cyber family, and I trust you will enjoy reading as much as I enjoy writing this blog, and that you will leave here armed with better knowledge than when you arrived.

Granma xx
